MAKES 12 DELICIOUS BISCUITS

What You’ll Need

• 1 bag of Spiced Date & Walnut Biscuit Mix
  
• 90g or ½ cup of butter
  
  or coconut oil for dairy-free
  
• 2 eggs
  

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line baking tray.
   
2. Add biscuit mix to bowl followed by melted coconut oil or butter, eggs, and mix well.
   
3. Spoon 12 even balls and shape with your hands, place onto baking paper and flatten slightly.
   
4. 💡 Hot Tip: If batter feels sticky, wet your hands!
   
5. Bake for 12 minutes or until just golden and enjoy warm, or keep up to 3 days in an airtight container.
