About Us

For the snacky, leaky, and sleep-deprived. We see you.

Hi, I’m Sophie - founder of Nibbles & Nurture, postpartum doula and mum of two (soon to be three!).

Nibbles & Nurture create nutrient dense snacks for pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and beyond. I got sick of seeing sugar filled biscuits for new mums and wanted to created something that was genuinely nourishing, made of organic ingredients but still tastes amazing.

Here is where Nibbles and Nurture was born. I first served my Fig & Dark Chocolate Biscuits to my postpartum clients and received raved reviews. I knew I wanted to be able to share them with new mums all around Australia.

We are early on in our journey but I hope you will give us a try, you won't be disappointed!

What We Make

We keep it simple:

  • Biscuit mixes (with milk-boosting ingredients)
  • Collagen loaded porridge
  • More products launching soon
  • All made with no seed oils or preservatives

Because nourishing your body shouldn’t require a spreadsheet or a chef or Googling ‘how to make a healthy postpartum snack’ with one hand while holding a newborn in the other.

Our Philosophy

We believe:

  • Snacks should taste good and do good
  • Organic ingredients > synthetic nasties
  • Feeding yourself is not optional
  • Mums deserve better than crumbs
  • If it's not gooey in the middle, what's the point?

Nourishing Mums One Snack at a Time

Whether you're growing a baby, feeding one, or just trying to eat something before it goes cold — you're in the right place.

Thanks for being here. I hope our mixes make you feel supported, nourished, and a little bit spoiled.

With love (and snacks),

Sophie x
