HOW TO MAKE
MAKES 9-12 DELICIOUS BROWNIES
What You’ll Need
  • 1 bag of The Let Down Bronwie Mix
  • 110g of butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
  • 2 eggs
Instructions

  1. Instructions
    Preheat oven to 160°C fan (or 175°C conventional). Line a 20 × 20 cm brownie tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together
    2 eggs, 110 g melted butter and 3 tbsp milk.
  3. Add the brownie mix and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). Spread into the tin and smooth the
    top.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes for a gooey, fudgy centre. Remove when the top is shiny with a slight wobble in
    the centre.
  5. Cool in the tin for 30 minutes before
    removing and slicing.

Coconut sugar*,  70% dark chocolate chips* (15.6%) (organic chocolate mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic cocoa powder) cocoa powder*, oat flour*, wholemeal spelt flour*(gluten), brewer’s yeast*, ground flaxseed*, baking powder(sodium bicarbonate, cream of tartar), celtic sea salt.
