What You’ll Need
½ cup porridge mix
1 cup of water or preferred milk
Optional: grass-fed butter & 1 egg
Instructions
Measure out ½ cup of porridge mix and add to a small pot with 1 cup of water or milk.
Cook on medium heat, stirring until porridge thickens. Whilst cooking, add a knob of butter and more liquid at any point if needed.
Optional: Crack an egg into the porridge and stir quickly.
Serve immediately. Top with nut butter, yoghurt, berries, ricotta, honey, or nuts — just to name a few favourites.
