HOW TO MAKE
MAKES 9-12 DELICIOUS BROWNIES
What You’ll Need
1 bag of The Let Down Bronwie Mix
110g of butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
- 3 tbsp Milk of your choice
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 160°C fan (or 175°C conventional). Line a 20 × 20 cm brownie tin.- In a bowl, whisk together
2 eggs, 110 g melted butter and 3 tbsp milk. - Add the brownie mix and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). Spread into the tin and smooth the
top. - Bake for 20-22 minutes for a gooey, fudgy centre. Remove when the top is shiny with a slight wobble in
the centre. - Cool in the tin for 30 minutes before
removing and slicing.
